I am using the SPARK nutrition and fitness trackers. I want to focus on more plant based foods. I want to get away from processed food. Limiting dairy, gluten, sugars, and salt. I take vit c and a probiotic, saw palmetto daily along with meds for thyroid and bloodpressure.
My hope is in Jesus. I'm here for a reason. I'm a grandma, married for over 30 yrs, my 2 children are my greatest accomplishment. I love dogs and have 3. Enjoy playing the piano and doing crafts.
