It's not about the finish line. It never was.

I joined Sparkpeople in September of 08, and since then I have made so many lifestyle changes. I've come a long way in the past few months. There are things about myself that I was not aware of before and I have had to learn ways to replace old negative patterns with healthy new ones. Believe me, it has not been easy and I continue to get up everyday and make the conscious choice to take care of my body and find new ways to stay motivated.

I have a beautiful Boxer puppy named Mia who I just got!

I'd like to think I am a creative person, when the mood strikes me. Right now i am in mommy mode and ready to set a good example for my 2 boys.
