Persevere

2010 started with a Bang and Flutter! But. . I am looking forward to reaching some goals, setting new goals and exceeding others. If there is one thing I have learned in my time here at SP it is this; no matter how much I stumble or even fall, I will NOT concead to defeat! I will get up every time brush myself off and start again. I will get up every time brush myself off and start again. This journey of health is NOT a sprint, it is Not one race but rather it is a life long marathon course filled with many obstacles, hills, peaks & valley's. I can persevere all of them, and if I choose an unhealthy check point once in awhile thats fine just don't linger too long. Here on SP there are plenty of helpers along the course to give me encouragement, praise, and if I am blessed many will be traveling along side me, both of us encouraging each other & will call each other friend!!

Crud! I just lost a two paragraph comment to you. I guess that will prompt me to be more succinct. Sorry you've been sick. I hope your DP was back in time to take some of the load off your shoulders. How old is your nephew? When does he arrive?

I've had a tough couple weeks myself, but I think I'm on the other side of it. I've been bouncing in the 150-152 range. 150 seems to be my new "magic number" that I'm having a hard time getting below.

Hello Outlaw!

Stopping by your page to see how things are going. I hope you and your family are doing well. This year has started off well for me but the past two weeks I hit a major road block with work being so demanding. But I'm back this week working had to get some consistency in my exercise plan and posting with my sparkfriends.

Hope to talk to you soon. Take care.

Hi. How are you doing?

I'm doing a lot better this week. I'm over my injuries and training back up to where I was. As I pull my head out of the sand, I figured I'd swing by and see how you were doing.

I saw your post about adopting your son. What a wonderful loving heart you have!! ... Congrats. You both must count yourselves lucky to have had God bring you together. May happiness and joy fill your days.

Do you watch The Biggest Loser? If you do, do you exercise during the show? I've got a treamill at home and wisely plunked a TV with a DVR in front of it. So each Tuesday I'm on my treadmill, doing my usual workout, with TBL on. What is your plan for the "Last Chance Workout" today?
