I have a goal of losing about 20 pounds that I have picked up over almost 17 years of being a mom. My life is very busy, but I recognize how important it is for me to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle. I'm really tired and my joints ache. I know if I make some changes, I'm going to feel so much better!

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
I'm tracking everything I eat and staying within the caloric range of 1200 to 1500 a day.
