I REALLY WANT THIS! I AM GOING TO SEE A SMALLER, HEALTHIER SIZED ME AND ITS HAPPENING NOW DURING JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST OF 2014!

I am focussing on the little things that I CAN CONTROL.

I CAN go out that door and swim!
I CAN drink 8 cups of water.
I CAN track my food on Spark.
I CAN stay within the Spark calorie range.
I CAN and I AM and I WILL!

As a result, the number on the scale is going down, down, down, DOWN!

5% Summer Challenge:
Track my food and fitness every day + SWIM laps 5-6 days a week+ lots of freggies+stay at lower end of calorie range+ Take time to be with Jesus= a fantastic summer and a skinnier ME. Bye-bye 12 pounds!


My Program:
I've been tracking food and exercise on Spark since the middle of June 2012. Now is the time:
*Track and eat at the low end of my Spark Calorie range
*Track exercise on Spark
*8,000 steps a day
*Strength Train 3x a week
*Spiritual training daily: Prayer & God's Word


Personal Information:
*I am blessed to be the wife of the most amazing husband on the planet!
*I have a daughter who is one of the dearest friends I've ever known.
*I have Someone in my life who knows me better than I know myself. His Name is Jesus.

Other Information:
I love to play my music really loud in the car.
I love to laugh with my daughter.
I love to snuggle with my husband.
I love to sing praises to my Savour, Jesus Christ.
I love to plant and enjoy beautiful flowers all year round.

HI! Today's challenge is:

30 jumping jacks
30 tricep kickbacks
30 wide stance squats with dumbbells
30 crunches with twist

Get an extra 50 minutes of cardio in today..your choice. You're AMAZING and emoticon

20 High Knees
20 Skater Squats
25 Reverse Crunches
20 Tricep Dips with Bent Knees
