Hi, I'm a married mom of 3 teenagers. I've often struggled with my weight over the years . Between hypothyroidism & being peri menopausal maintaining a healthy weight isn't always easy .i weight to see a nutritionist at a sports nutrition store & really changed my life . Hi, I'm a married mom of 3 teenagers. I've often struggled with my weight over the years . Between hypothyroidism & being peri menopausal maintaining a healthy weight isn't always easy .i weight to see a nutritionist at a sports nutrition store & really changed my life . She gave me an eating plan which has given me a new foundation for life. I eat 6 times a day now & get plenty of protein . I've lost a significant amount of weight & inches too. And with the addition of some healthy supplements & consistent habits are now in the best shape of my life. In fact I will be start training in January for a fitness goal I've had for many years now . I am nervous, but very excited to train for a figure bodybuilding competition . I've been lifting weights with my husband, and living it. I've never challenged myself like this & did some serious heavy lifting . It's amazing to see my body change & all the muscle definition in my body now. I can't wait to see how far I can go & am so appreciate of the support & advice I've been given. . Anything is possible if you work consistently. It's not always easy but it's so worth it !!!

My Goals:
To maintain a good weight, & always challenge myself to stay fit, be healthy & strong!

My Program:
I lift heavy weights 3 days a week & do cardio 3-4 days a week . Right now my cardio consists of running a few miles , doing an elliptical, bike, or stair stepper.

Personal Information:
I live in the San Joaquin Valley of California. I am married with 3 teenagers; 18,17,& 14.
