Yes I can!!

I'm married and a mother of four. I work from home and together with my husband, publish a small trade magazine and own a training business. The working from home part is good and bad. Good: I can work in my pajamas if I want to. Bad: my kitchen is 8 steps from my office. I'm a huge procrastinator and when work is challenging, I procrastinate with eating both "good for you" and "bad for you" food. And let me add, I eat too much! I'm here to find inspiration and motivation to get my act together ...

My Goals:
To get to a healthy BMI. To lose the layer of fat on my upper arms. To lose the "muffin top. And most importantly--be as healthy as I can be through diet and exercise.

I want to set a good example for my children.

My Program:
Reducing calories to lose
0.5 -1 lb./week
and
Increasing weight training and getting at least 3 days of 30 minutes of cardio.
