This is my journey to a whole new me. and a lot less of that new me too..lol I am a very busy mom with 7 year old boy/girl twins, an almost 9 year old son, 14 year old daughter, and an almost 18 year old daughter. life is busy but lots of fun! I have a great supportive family and fantastic husband! my family means everything to me and I want to live a long healthy life with them.

I recently graduated from college with an AA in Psychology and I started back again last May ...

I recently graduated from college with an AA in Psychology and I started back again last May working towards my bachelors. No more sitting around waiting for it to happen. I'm going to live my life. I've renamed life after I finish my Masters degree in counseling to "forever" and that's what I'm aiming for. Forever my life will change, forever there will be a new me, for myself, the man I love, and our kids. Forever just can't get here soon enough. And when forever gets here....I'm not going to be kept down by this extra weight. So OFF it comes!

My Goals:
First goal is to lose is to lose 5% which is 11 lbs and should take me about 6 weeks. Then I plan to lose another 5% and so on, every few weeks I will celebrate my milestone by treating myself to a day at the spa or some other NON food reward! By Christmas I plan to weigh under 175!!!!!!!!

My Program:
I work out using my Nordic Track elliptical trainer routine for 20 mins each day, do 30 to 40 mins on my stationary bike, I plan to start doing sit-ups again on my ab lounge, I also need to do a few reps with hand weights each day & I currently do wall pushups; 4 reps of 15 each. I can't wait for the warmer weather so I can get out, walk my dogs, & hit one of the lakes right by my house!
I am also fortunate enough to belong to Weight Watchers where I am hoping I can tackle my bad eating habits.

Personal Information:
I'm Heidi and I live just north of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I grew up in Grayling and have family all over Ohio.

Other Information:
I'm a sahm and I love being with my kiddos. We also LOVE fishing and spend as much time as we can on the water. Salmon and bass fishing are my favorites. Um....we love the ufc, football, hockey, basketball, all sorts of sports and spending time with family camping.

I'm late thanking people for stopping by my blog last week- traveling again!
I did plan better this time and took lots of suggestions. Yes, the gas stations do have cheese- and usually fruit. I never drink pop at home but when I travel I drink it all the time...weird. But this was a better trip- no gummies!
