One Day at a Time to a Better Life.

I am relatively new to the whole "exercise" thing. I have always been heavy except for about 3 years ago I lost a lot of weight, but since then I have become extremely inactive and put it all back on. I am looking to get back on track. I am setting myself up for the rest of my life.

My Goals:
To become comfortable in my own body. To better myself through exercise and changes in my diet.

My Program:
Go running 3 times a week.
Do strength training 3 times a week.
Do 30 min stationary cycling on strength training days.
Don't eat so much junk!

Personal Information:
I am from southern New Hampshire. I have lived here all my life, but I hope to one day move down south. It is just too cold up here for me!
