Tah-Dah! Some fun for the littlest this past summer. Mud is some fun stuff.

Like my "Strong Is The New Skinny" picture, this one is an inspiration. I'll curve like that again!

I have 16 pics in my gallery

More has changed than just the scale. The contents of my kitchen are unrecognisable, my husband and kids complain that I never have anything to 'snack on" in the house now, and I'm more likely to buy low calorie, whole grain bagels and low fat cream cheese than cookies, crackers, ding dongs, or candy even if I go to the grocery store hungry. I'm slowly changing everything I do. I'm even keeping my kitchen cleaner so there's no mess between me and the making of a healthy meal.

At first, I just wanted to lose some weight and be done with it. Now I can see the life I used to live when I was fit and healthy as something attainable and I'm beginning to live there now, not in some nebulous future, now. We go to the park just to throw balls and a Frisbee around, we all pack up and walk around the block just to walk, and even though my kids still complain about a lack of 'snack foods,' they're gobbling the fruit and veggies I keep on hand faster than I can restock the fridge.

My two cents about the BF is to eat healthy to hunger. I was operating under the myth that I would lose weight while BFing and as luck would have it I'm one of those women who actually gains weight. Ahem. I nursed for over 2.5 years, and didn't lose a pound. I just barely lost all that weight a few months ago, well around December, no wait, earlier. I was also sitting most of the time during the first six months because that boy was on me all the time, but you probably don't have that luxury with your little ones. Anyway, good luck! Enjoy every bit of it.

A new baby!? Yay! That is great news. No wonder you haven't been on. How are you feeling? I will keep you all in my prayers.
