My goals have always been to be fit, healthy, and strong. My youngest daughter, who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), has been my motivator. Because of her being the strong little person that fights everyday, has led me to realize I can do the same.

I have really had a hard time over the last 2 yrs (injury, surggery, family issues, etc) and realized 6 months ago that there was way too much going on. I actually lost my way in many things in life, including my health and fitness. I have now realized I need to get back on track with all that needs attention again... family, health, me. So here I am... Back on SPARK!

I am trying to make some little changes to get back to where I was and to get motivated and focused again. Except this time I am not going to let it rule my life. At one point I was SO strict and focused, I didn't see the fun in other things. Now it is all about enjoying fitness and health on my journey and sharing it with others.

I do like it so far, and I think you will also. The variety is good and I am doing the poster that came with it, it is in phases.
Im thinking you have choices, like the original wih lean ect but I have not just doing the main one. Trying to get D to join me but so far no luck ha ha.
