Thank you for your kind comments. I felt better today. I got out my comfy sweatpants. I was trying to wear jeans yesterday that had a big elastic waistband, but they were still too tight over my stomach area. I got out some of my winter clothes. Here in PA it's transition time and I have too many clothes to fit, so I store a few boxes in between seasons. I am trying to really eat good while I am at home, but my daughter keeps making cupcakes. I'm trying to resist, but have a bad sweet tooth.
