My Program:
I try to go to Zumba or Piyo at least two times a week and work in Pilates class at least once a week too. I have a 10-minute walk at work twice a day, and I try to take the stairs all the time. SparkPeople taught me to start slow and keep going, no matter what....

Thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my blog. I know, people at my work are insane! I don't know if it's the actual competition that's making it worse - as many of them refused to even join or have already dropped out. I was getting this slack before the competition even started. I think people just don't want to see others more successful than themselves. I know its not my issue, it's theirs. It just gets overwhelming after a while....anyways...

I really like the idea of postponing eating especially when it comes to desert and snacks, and you are so right - sometimes I just end up not eating it at all! emoticon emoticon
