I do low-impact aerobics three or four times a week and try to work in some pilates too. SparkPeople taught me to start slow....

My last thought before I start working out is...
"Why am I doing this"....

My first thought when I finish a workout....
"When can I do it again"...

I thought about stopping...
Then I workout harder...

Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can GOOOoooO....
Remember everything you have faced... all the battles you have won....
All the Fears you have overcome...

A Single Thread of Hope is Still Very POWERFUl....

I don't have to work out...
I Get to Work out...

#1. Being Active one... two... three times.. won't help you lose weight... It takes 12 weeks to see the Results...

#2. 100 Calories Pack Snacks... or even Rice Krispy Treats... Single Packaged...

#3. Don't Weigh Often... Go by the way your clothes fit... or Tape Measure...

#3. Diet Soda has artificial Sweeteners... that Harms the Body...

#4. Craving Foods... Remember that it will always be there... It's alright if you don't have whatever your craving... You won't miss it... It will always be at the store... and if it's not at the store next time... or it's not at the restaurant your craving.. it won't be a Total Lost... Everything will be Fine...

#5. Prepacking Meals Ahead of Time... Cook Chicken Breasts ahead of time... for easy access later on during the week... or sort out healthy snacks to remind you of your smaller portions....

Hi Mary, thanks for the dancing lessons goodie - definately need them as I am one of those people that turn left, when somebody says to turn right! Hope you are having a good weekend and that your allergies are not too bad just now!
