My Program:
I try to go to Zumba or Piyo at least two times a week and work in Pilates class at least once a week too. I have a 10-minute walk at work twice a day, and I try to take the stairs all the time. SparkPeople taught me to start slow and keep going, no matter what....

emoticon for stopping by my blog. So many people have told me how the "100 Days of Weight Loss" helped them. I don't know why I hadn't heard about it until recently. I am really determined to follow her suggestions in hopes that this will be my last diet. I am committed to getting the weight off and keeping it off. Using my Sparkpeople blog to write about the book is my way of keeping myself accountable. emoticon
