FIT - So glad you watch my back while I am trying to watch others. The tendency to lose self focus is not unusual and I AM on a Fine Tuning Team where we are all working together.

The treadmill at the school cost $5,000. I could never afford one like that for home. I guess schools have money for all kinds of things. We also have an eliptical of which I can't do very long on. I am sticking to the treadmill and will be working up to a 1/2 hour on it. I am already up to 25 minutes. I did the variety workout on Friday where you climb some hills. I also ran on it for a wee little bit. It is a great stress buster.
