Back to what works.

Mom of two kids, born 2008 and 2010. Hubby is an airline pilot and often away. Work includes my cleaning business, baking business and working at my parents farm as PR manager, in their farm store and all sorts of other chores while running a household with two kids.

I am super busy, but when I'm in the right mind extremely efficient and effective. That is the trick, staying in that mind frame, motivated and active.

Off the wagon I spend much of my free time watching ...

Off the wagon I spend much of my free time watching Netflix and grazing through cupboards and the fridge and the house becomes a mess.

Family history includes anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia and other similar issues. And I definitely have a bit of all of them going on at times.

Well, that's it for me. I'm back again. Giving it another go. Never give up!

My Goals:
My basic long term goals are these:

Weight: 65 -70 kg
Dress size: 8-12
Physique: Fit
Endurance: Good
Strength: Excellent
Aerobic Fitness: Good
Control my sugar addiction.

This is based on my own preference, my husband's and reality. I am never going to be a super cut fitness model type, neither do I want to be. I want to be strong, active and healthy.

I want to achive these goals so I can be a good role model for my kids, feel good in my own skin and no longer limited by my physical body in what I want to do, achive and experience in my life.



My Program:
Gym:

Strength training 3-4 times a week, based on different short term programs etc.

Cardio 3-5 times a week to build stamina and endurance, burn calories and increase aerobic fitness

Personal Information:
Grew up in Germany until age 15, no living in Welland, Ontario Canada with my husband & 2 kids.

Other Information:
I love lifting weights and also cardio under the right pretenses. I am very competititve with myself mostly. I love moutain biking outdoors, hiking and cross country skiing. I want to learn how to ski in the future so I can do this with my family.

Thanks for the goodie Fitmommy. I have strawberries and pineapple with a bowl of oatmeal almost every weekday morning for breakfast. Yummy - and you're right, they do fight the sweet cravings.

I live in Ohio. Sounds like there was some beautiful weather going on lots of places today!

I've been trying since my childhood to lose weight and still haven't managed it, but progress is happening. Sounds like progress is happening for you too!
