1. Eat within my calorie range.

2. Eat 25 grams + fiber per day.

3. Eat a balanced diet.

4. Drink 8 glasses of water + per day.

5. Exercise for 60 minutes a day for 6 days a week.

Hey. I'm sorry that I didn't get your notes on my Sparkpage until now. I have seen all the goodies but somehow these messages got lost in my e-mail. *sigh* Anyway, I am still having quite a few challenges in my life, but I'm taking it one day at a time. Today I made a meal plan for the week and since I was already behind by some meals today I am going to just try to follow my schedule as best as I can and not try to force the food into a shorter time frame. I also have a schedule for my time so I'm going to try to make the meal plans and the schedule match as much as possible. Next on my list is just relaxing actually, but we'll see. lol. Thank you so much for your concern.

I am struggling with finances and healthy eating and exercising and whatnot, but I am still going. You may or may not be able to tell but I do come on here every day and at least spin the wheel and try to get points for my teams, so I'm trying to help in that way for now. Today was my first day tracking my food in a long time (and so far I've only tracked the one meal I've had), so I'll try to keep that up. I am also going to simply start with 2 very small goals that I have to achieve for April 30th. 1 is to exercise 10 min cardio per day and 2 is to eat 1 thing from every food group (at least) per day. It is a very small goal and thus I think completely attainable. :D So, that's my catch up. Have a great week and keep up the awesome work!
