Taking my body to a new level

I started my weight loss journey 6 months ago. At my heaviest I weighed 130lbs, which is a little chubby for a girl who is only 4"11. I have lost 15 lbs by journaling everything I eat and running. I have slimmed down but now I want to get down to the weight I was when I graduated high school. I am hoping that SparkPeople will help get me down to 109 lbs and keep it off for life!
