Listen, that is eXACTly how I started my restart to weight loss this time. For 3 weeks I did not lose any weight. The reason I got started exercising as much is because I am in a points contest in one of my teams (Girlies Ditchin 100 lbs or More). So to get the points up there, I have been wanting to get the brass ring. Come on, up to 24 points for exercising? Ya. I'll take that.
But if you are in a place that you are just trying to stick with this, then just pick one or two habits, like logging in every day and filling your head with good stuff, and making one healthy meal. That kind of stuff will build momentum.
