Hello! My name is Brittney, I'm 26 years old and am a born and raised Southern California girl.

I have been with my husband/high school sweetheart for 10 1/2 years and we've been married for 2 1/2 years. We don't have kids yet but are hoping to get pregnant later on this year. We do have a fur baby, Harlee, who is our rambunctious 2 year old Corgi.

I am a photographer specializing in weddings and it is without a doubt is my dream job. Being a business owner is definitely not easy and a heck of a lot harder than I thought it was going to be but I'm so humbled and have so much joy in saying that I'm a photographer. I started out photographing families, high school seniors, etc. but found that my true passion is with engagements and weddings. I get to travel to amazing places, meet amazing people all while photographing love and emotion. Photography is much more than my "job", it's my passion, it's who I am and I'm extremely blessed to live my dream.

My battle with weight started shortly after graduating high school in 2005. I became less active, started dealing with depression and it really took a toll not only on my weight but how I felt about myself. The last thing you want to do is workout when you don't feel worth it or don't feel like you deserve to be happy. It's definitely been a battle.. one that I often felt like I was losing at times but I haven't given up and know that I have the determination inside to get healthy and live the life I deserve.

My Goals:
To feel and look my absolute best. I'd love to lose fat ,tone my body and have muscle definition. I want to enhance my curves, be stronger and not let insecurities get in the way anymore.


My Program:
Smaller portions, more meals throughout the day, eat a healthy mixture of protein, fruits/veggies and complex carbs and exercise by doing a mixture of strength training and cardio

    Hey! How's the pre pregnancy plan coming? I had the same plan to get in shape too before baby but in all honesty, that just meant it pushed back starting a family so we decided to start trying when we did and BOOM! It happened so fast!! lol And...I also lost 11 lbs or so in my first trimester and then only gained it back by the start of my 3rd and I'm only up a few lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. Overall not too bad. When you do get that positive pregnancy test though you should check out Tracy Anderson's Pregnancy Project. Its an awesome at home fitness dvd to do all through pregnancy. How else is everything going?
