Hi. Thanks for the comment on my blog. You should listen to that inner voice and start jogging...that is how I started, I would tell my self that I am going to run to a certain landmark (tree, mailbox etc.) I would push myself to get there (not far at first but it felt like 20 miles, LOL) then I would walk until I caught my breath and then I would do a little more. Before you know it you will be running your first mile.
