Yes, I probably am all over the board with my macros, but I am a major amateur when it comes to macros. I just don't understand the planning and figuring. Everyone always say, "it's simple...just eat clean, and workout". It seems to me that it can't be that simple because I am eating clean. As far as the scale, yes, I agree, I need to get over it. The scale is something that's been drilled in our heads forever (still is when u go in for a physical...it's always about how much you weigh). I do try to focus on the fact that I'm fitting into a smaller jean size and some of my smaller clothing, but that damn scale can really get me down HARD. I'm trying to change my mentality with the scale, but I just don't know how to fix the macros. I try to "somewhat" follow what spark people says, but I feel that is off too. I don't know what is right, because I keep reading different things. I wish it were as simple as "eat healthy, workout, be smaller. Doesn't seem to be the case. And yes, I realize I need patience too.

I'm hoping you are on here yet. Can you take a look at my food tracker and tell me if you see anything major wrong with it. I'm so frustrated, discouraged, pissed off, and ready to cry. I've been working my ass off for the last 3.5 weeks. Started at 153 lbs. I weighed yesterday and was 143. Today I weighed again and I'm back up to 147. WTH? I'm lifting heavy 4 days and doing HIIT 2 days. Why the huge fluctuation?
