I am resetting my myself and my goals. My one year anniversary in next week and I'm starting fresh. It is a WONDERFUL year in 2010. Let's shine our SPARKS!! I'm a homeschooling mom who wants to set a great example for my children. I see this as a means to help control my health issues. I just need to stay focused. I am resetting my myself and my goals. My one year anniversary in next week and I'm starting fresh. It is a WONDERFUL year in 2010. Let's shine our SPARKS!! I'm a homeschooling mom who wants to set a great example for my children. I see this as a means to help control my health issues. I just need to stay focused. I've added biking to my activities with my kids. As I've learned through Spark People, I am changing my lifestyle. These are not quick changes. Like the sower in Jesus' parable, I need to be the seed that develops deep and strong roots. Those roots will help me get through the tough times that will come. My root system includes my SP friends, the SP tracking system of nutrition, exercise and goal-setting. You will not achieve a goal if you don't set one. "There are only two ways to live your life. My Goals:
To lose weight and achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since Labor Day, I've slacked off terribly and and regained over 5 lbs. by the end of January I want to lose this 5 lbs and 5 more lbs. By my birthday in April I want to be below 150. My daughter and I are doing the bootcamp together and cheering each other on.
My Program:
Cardio 5-6X a week; Wit Fit 15 min. daily; Strength training 2 a week 8 Waters a day.
Other Information:
As of 3/09, I have found that SparkPeople as been a HUGE help for me. My SP friends are the best encouragers and make me feel special!! thanks
