I am with you on this one! This is so true (sticking with recording daily food intake) is the most difficult thing for me to accomplish. When detailing my daily menu - I love to see SP calories counter display list my food/snacks intake. Itâ€™s like believable â€“ did I eat that!
I believe that I just donâ€™t want to be accountable, and then feel guilty for what I EAT - yet this is the only real way to lose and keep the weight off!
