Don't put off loving you until you become thinner, more toned, richer, smarter, better looking or more successful. Please do it now! You are worthy of being loved regardless of how you look, how much money you have, how successful you may be or how talented you are. You deserve to be loved just because you are here now. Never forget that. When you get out of bed every morning, make a choice to be happy. Decide to have a positive attitude. Yes, these can be choices and decisions. You make your own happiness. It comes from within. It is your inner Spark! A big thank you goes out to Spark People for having this wonderful website and to all of my friends who have been so loving , supportive and positive. My Goals:
Learn how to take care of myself emotionally in stressful situations. Foster positive thinking and self talk. Find and do some alternative exercises for lower back pain (and watch my form ) Do something nice for myself every day Work on the health of my whole self - mind, body and spirit.
My Program:
Drinking 8 + cups water daily Do some form of cardio 30+ minutes, 7 days a week. Do strength training 2-3 days a week. Keep food diary daily. Track food and exercise on SP daily. Eat sensibly and watch calories 1200-1600 a day. Get 7+ hours of sleep per day Track sodium, fiber, vitamins and minerals daily and look at the SP feedback.
Personal Information:
Don't forget to have a sense of humor! Laugh at life's absurdities! Humor can raise the human spirit and help it take flight! Look for the silver lining in every black cloud. There is a lesson in every experience. Turn a bad experience to your advantage and learn from it! Try to be a life-long learner because you always have the capacity to learn . The quest for knowledge keeps you mentally alert and you become a more interesting person to others and to yourself.
Other Information:
I love: My hubby, my daughter, my 2 fur babies, reading, photography, crafts, helping other people, neighborhood game night, music, creative healthy cooking, exercising in water, using my brain, being creative, acting silly/laughing, and learning new things.
