I am a 53 years old single mother of 2 children aged 24 and 22. I live and work in Athens,Greece. I love reading,dancing,traveling ,taking pictures,swimming and walking. The last 3 years I have problems with my body due to obesity.Using this site I hope I will have the best results for my health.

MONDAY 28 NOVEMBER 2011. I saw changes, not on my weight but in my every day life. No more ankle pain, no more pains in my arms, more flexibility in my movements, more strenght during the day, better sleep and a feeling that I CAN DO ANYTHING!!!
MONDAY 11 JUNE 2012. Here I am again! Same person, same kilos, different situtations, different perseption of life, a little bit older but always me! I enjoy my pension which started on 1 May and decided to realize my personal dreams : be healthy, run my 5K,become a hotelier,be positive,keep smiling.
SUNDAY 6 JANUARY 2013. Once more a new start with different approach. What do I expect? Success!!!
SATURDAY 4 JANUARY 2014. I am wondering what challenges the new year may bring!
WEDNESDAY 26 MARCH 2014
Last challenge was very good for me, so let's start strong this one and aim for a loss of 26 kilos until my birthday (29 May 2014). I know I can do this!!!

My Program:
-Walking every day at least 30 min
-Strength exercises every day for 30 min.
-Swimming the minimum 4 times per week for 60 min.
-Track my food.
-Sleeping 8 hours every day.
-Follow my dietitian program.
-Dont miss a single day of movement.
-Enjoy a wonderful spring!!!


Other Information:
-Goal to eat 1200-1550 calories per day.
-Goal to burn 1300 calories per week.
-Goal to go from 110 kilos to 65 kilos by the end of 2014.
