-Follow the Cambridge diet.
-Stop binging.
-Dont miss a single day of movement.
-Enjoy a wonderful fall!!!


Personal Information:
I love travelling, hikking, reading history and historical novels, taking pictures, watching movies, decorating my house and being with my friends.
I also love learning so for this year I am studying spanish and german and trying to learn better myself I started sessions of psychoanalysis.

Just noticed on the weigh-in (5% Challenge) you have your starting weight at 238 lbs. on the first line, then down below you list SW as 202.

Probably should correct this, as 5% of 238 is 11.9 so your goal weight would be 226.1 not 191.
