Just stopped by to say, "hello" and to let you know that you're though of often! My walking has become a huge part of my life. I walked 4 miles yesterday and 5 today! One day I was upset and ended up walking 7 miles!
It's okay that you didn't get back to me sooner! I've got 10 pounds to lose to be back to where I was before! To reach my goal weight of 135 I still need to lose 62.6 pounds! But I'm super excited to be back and I really think I'll reach my goal this time.
I don't stay on the website as much as we used to; but I too use the food tracker everyday! Good luck and I'm so happy you're still working on getting healthy!
