My short-term goals are to lose 10% of my starting weight (36 pounds) by moving more and eating quality food, get 7 hours of sleep a night and spend quality time with my sons and family.

Sorry I haven't been on Spark much. Started a new food plan today and also started taking anti-depressants. Hopeful that both will help me get going toward my goal. Feeling good today because I have a plan.
