My Goals:
GENERALLY: lose weight in a long-term healthy manner; and eventually walk pain-free

My Program:
Taking it one day at a time, I'm a PointsPlus WeightWatcher, taking in weekly meetings each Monday night. SparkPeople accompanies me along this new journey.

Personal Information:
I'm from New York State, a 54 year old, married, mother of two. On November 29, 2010, I rejoined Weight Watchers, after a 20+ year hiatus. Back then, I found success with their program after my eldest child was born, and decided to give it another try. I'm working their new PointsPlus program, and so far I really like it.

Other Information:
With my ever present Blackberry and Asus netbook at my side, I'm a true technut. But don't get me wrong: I'm also a traditionalist and rarely without a pair of cozy socks being crafted upon a set of double pointed bamboo needles. And cooking is a passion, too. As is photography and frequent walks through art museums. Life, in all it's varietal shades, is meant to be savored!

I understand that! I've been hovering around the weight I am not since about June... give or take a couple pounds. I was away from SparkPeople for awhile, but I'm trying to regularly log in and am involved with a challenge now... it's really sort of confusing and not all that encouraging, but I think it'll get easier.

My sister has been losing a lot of weight recently and that's been encouraging for me to get my butt moving... she can't be smaller than me! haha! Keep at it and we'll make to our goal one day, right?! :)

Hello Lisa. Was your page always called The Bottom Line? ...my memory! Help!....anyway I just joined one of your teams, Sugar Addiction and Food addiction. Looks like a good fit. I am confused as to how Hypoglycemia (don't have) is related to Fibromyalgia (which I'm pretty sure I DO have)...was a topic on that t eam.
