Down 16 pounds, at least 20 more to go. Just upped my goal by 10 pounds now that I see I can actually lose weight.

Working on all areas of life, exercise, sleep and organization. It is amazing to see what a little motivation can do. I have been working on these things most of my life; finally making some headway.

Working on a sleep journal. So far so ...

Working on a sleep journal. So far so good. I have been going to bed by 10p most nights. I get up about the same time each day, by 6am.

I am still keeping a journal and learning some of the reasons I have trouble sleeping. Some things I need to change. Not ready to share yet.

I like keeping a journal, always did since I was younger. I have been keeping one for years only making one entry a year. LOL Thanks to SparkPeople I am journaling at least several times a week.

Everyone should try it, you really learn some things about yourself if you are honest.

I am really ashamed to say that at this stage in my life I am still battling with eating healthy.

My goals are pretty much summed up in my program.

My Program:
Besides taking off 25 lbs my goals are to incorporate good eating habits and regular activity in my daily routine.

Some of my favorite authors are Nichols Sparks and James Patterson.

I love reading and studying the Bible. I can see that we are living in history making times that God foretold long ago. 2 Timothy 3 and Matthew 24.

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. It sounds as if you have a healthy routine going with your weighing. Plateaus are good for consolidating and giving yourself time with getting used to the lifestyle changes. I put on a bit of weight while not weighing so it doesn't seem to work for me to stay away from the scales for too long. Got to find a happy medium.
