I am a 51 year old widow with numerous medical problems. I have 1 son, 25 years old also with medical problems. He is finally living on his own again. I live with my sister and a cousin. Both parents are still living and in reasonably good health for 90 and 85. I need to lose at least 50 pounds and would like to lose more than that. I do have a Wii which I don't use as much as I should but do like the Walk It Out game.
