Striving to be a healthy Senior
Keeping my weight under control is getting harder as I age. Staying motivated is very hard for me as I am trying to do this on my own. I take care of my disabled husband who is bedfast and I experience multiple interruptions. I am hoping that this site will help keep me motivated and encouraged to push on.
