A healthier me
It's funny how getting engaged didn't make my weight issues hit home as much as when i finally got down to planning. Looking at dresses, figuring out my size...it was demoralizing. I didn't want to be a "fat bride". I decided i didn't like what i'd become. Four children, 3 yrs on my butt working at a call center, and a full year of more butt parking while completing my nursing degree, and not paying attention to myself got me here. Now i have to work on getting back to a me i can like.

My Goals:
I'd love to be able to chase my littles around the park without getting winded. I want to be able to do my job with ease, not with sweat and breathlessness. I need to look fabulous at my wedding, i only plan to do this once.
Most importantly i want to be healthy so that i live to see grandbabies, and maybe great-grandbabies.
My Program:
Purchased an exercise ball, a pedomenter (which i'll be using for the walks i'll be doing every 2 days) , and i'll be joining a zumba class. I also use my kinect to do zumba core, fitness evolved, dance central 1 and 3, and the biggest loser at home.
Personal Information:
I'm a canadian gal living on the wet coast, just outside of Vancouver. I have 4 kids, two teens and two under 5 yrs old. I've just finished studying for a practical nursing degree and can't wait to get licensed and start working.
