1. Learn how to eat properly.

2. Exercise 6 times a week (I know the only way I can do this is if I love the exercise that I'm doing) s0o0o 2x a wk I'm doing Zumba 2x wk I'm doing tae bo and 2x wk I'm going to do wii fit.

I am learning how to ear right. I'm doing the Food Lovers Fat Loss System. It's a 21 day program that shows you how to eat correctly.
