I needed a lot of rest. My healing process was more complicated than I realized. I am doing so much better.

I have to be gentle with my body this week. I am putting on my walking shoes and taking a long walk, plus I am also starting a new yoga program. My body needs a rest from my aggressive exercise routine. Thank you dear friends for the inspiration.
