Thanks so much for your reply to my post on the thread about the shaky/carnkies or rummbly tummy thing. I was replying to the two before you as you were replying to mine.

I might have a look at the low carb team I see you are a member of. Protein is a real issue for me. I never get even 60 grams in one day unless I go way over on carbs or something else! GRRR!
