Hi All,

I'm Frank. I'm 45 and very happily married with 5 amazing kids.

I play soccer 3 times per week with over-40 teams and I'm sure that shedding the extra 40 to 50 lbs would help me to avoid frequent injuries. I'm really good a sabotaging my my own progress. I'm in the habit of eating an extra meal or high calorie snacks late at night.
