My Goals:
By next month, July 5th:
Get a workout plan in motion.

In two months, Aug 5th:
Have lost 15lbs! (@ 2lbs wk)

In three months,Sept 5th:
Have lost another 10lbs and so forth.

By Jan 2013: Have lost between 40-50lbs.

By This Time Next Year (June 2013): Have Kept the weight off & continue a healthy life style.

My Program:
6/5/2012 I don't have a program yet. I want to eat healthy. I love veggies and fruit and will have to learn to cook them without adding too much fat & salt.

I'll also have to learn to eat smaller portions and fill up on water. A typical plate for me is 12" dinner plate filled with rice, beans or pasta. My slim husband only eats half of that : (

I am addicted to white bread and cheese. I can't stop at just one slice - therefore I am breaking ties with it. I will no longer purchase bread or cheese that I like. Certain things you just HAVE to give up while you're dieting.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I have done the same. I like how you set specific goals with specific dates in mind. My biggest issue is carbs. I LOVE my pasta, bread and cheese. Trying to figure out how I can still eat them without sabotaging my health. All about balance. Good luck to you and here's to a better life style for both of us! :)

Thanks so much for friending me!!! I friended you as well!! Believe me anyone can run...because if I can do it anybody can!! I followed the couch to 5K program almost two years ago this summer. It really got me started. I wasn't even able to run more than a couple of minutes. Now I'm training for my second half marathon!! Good luck...I'm here for you!!!!

oh my gosh thanks for those words of encouragement!!! i sooooo needed that. im excited to have you as a friend here. i've added you as well. let's keep each other motivated. and the fat that we lose, let's keep that off too! i'll be here if you need anything ok fulana. I'll talk to you soon!
