Becoming a healthier me

I say to myself - "Girl, you are amazing just the way you are!" I am but do not always feel this way with so much weight to lose. My weight loss journey will be a hard journey but am willing to make it work with baby steps.
Want to be healthier and happier in a thinner body.

My Goals:
#1. To drop 3 to 5 pounds per month throughout the next year- til December , 2015.

#2. Eat healthier snacks & more clean foods-veggies/fruits.

#3. complete weekly workouts- different exercises.

#4. my dream weightloss goal - Lose 60 total before my 54th birthday at the end of June, 2015.

#5. Try new foods, fruits, and veggies.

#6. To be at a thin weight for our Disney trip in 2016.

My Program:
Make very healthier choices.

Do portion control & write down all the food I eat.

Do 80/20 rule-80% food-20% exercise.

Love to cook and making healthier meals to lose weight.

Personal Information:
I am now 53 ,
No kids just stepdaughters & 5 grandkids.
Love living in our home of 7years & enjoying not working after 30 years in the workforce.


Other Information:
Love to read - all types of books
Love to take pictures & love my digital camera got back in Sept. 2010. It was a must since my film camera didn't work anymore.

Thank you for the nice comment on my feed. I am glad there is someone who is keeping me in there thoughts. I am tiring to get the yard work done here so I can go to the Tri Cities and do the yard . I plan on spending a few weeks there in early May when it is spring on the East side of the state.
