    Have you lost the 2-3 pounds you hoped for during the holiday week? We don't observe no pork so are having ham Sunday. Going to our daughter's house and we are bringing the ham and baked beans. Everyone contributes. This way we are always able to get together more often. Hubby and I used to host all the dinners but it is really nice to have the kids take turns and share in bringing the food. Do you have plans for Sunday?

    I don't work out because I can't physically do a lot. I do my rehab routine but it is not aerobic exercise. A walk is good for me. My weight loss will be more with portion control. As long as I eat healthy and my labs look good I will be happy, but weight loss will be welcome too. I want to lose just over 60 pounds total.t will be a slow, steady process. No quick fix gimmicks for me.

    Good morning!
    Just a note regarding the "copy foods" feature you mentioned. We all have our favorite combinations and this saves a bit of time.
    Select a favorite meal combination..tap on the green "copy foods" tab..a calendar will appear..tap the date to which you'd like to copy the menu items...it will stay "copying"..and Wallah! when you arrow to the date you selected..it will be there! Also, you can create a Group of said items...just tap the green tab "Groupings" ...it will ask that you name the group and now all of the meal items are listed it your new group..you can also edit this group as you wish or delete it all together.. either method will save a bit of time for you!
