Good morning! Just a note regarding the "copy foods" feature you mentioned. We all have our favorite combinations and this saves a bit of time. Select a favorite meal combination..tap on the green "copy foods" tab..a calendar will appear..tap the date to which you'd like to copy the menu items...it will stay "copying"..and Wallah! when you arrow to the date you selected..it will be there! Also, you can create a Group of said items...just tap the green tab "Groupings" ...it will ask that you name the group and now all of the meal items are listed it your new group..you can also edit this group as you wish or delete it all together.. either method will save a bit of time for you! thanks, ive been a spark member for a few years but now have to deal with diabetes type 2 , im sure my weight and my insulin problem go hand in hand. i love to go out to eat, its always been an excuse to disregard the calories and carbs. ive got to change my bad habits. 384 days ago
