Wanted to share with you a couple work outs I REALLY like on You Tube.

First is KEAIRA LASHAE . She is WAY pretty , super talented in music & dance. She has an electric personality & great music baking her up.
I did her one mile walk twice today. FUN !

The other is only a ten minute routine, but it really wittles the waist & again fun & great beats.

Thanks for the goodie ! First you need to look at how many cals you are allowing yourself.
When I started, I started at 1850cals . Yes, I'm at 1450 now, but I was taking in 2000-3000 cals daily , besides binges. So that was a good start. I saw how to manage that first so I didn't feel too deprived & quit. i learned I needed to eat dinner at 5:00 or later or i was really hungry at night& I needed to save a snack for night. As I went longer doing this I became in more control & started lowering my cals by 50 & 100 until where I am now. I JUST lowered from 1500 actually.

It's okay to feel frustrated or uncomfortable right now , this is new, but don't let it upset you so much if you are hungry have a healthy snack & tweak your program for tomorrow. Just DON'T quit. You've gotta give it a real shot !
emoticon learn to stress less & learn about your body on your journey. This is a gift for your body & life. when you do this you are gonna feel physically better. Your self esteem will improve & you'll love to see your body changing.
