Taking Back Control

I am tired. I am tired of being on a vicious cycle of motivation to laziness and back to motivation more times than I care to count. My heaviest weight was roughly 20 pounds heavier than I am currently which I got off and have maintained for almost two years (Props to that!). I have about 14 pounds left to lose now. Regarding those last 14 pounds, I have been on the rollercoaster of motivation. I am getting off this ride because I am in control of my life, and this ends now.

My Goals:
1. Lose the last 15 pounds.
2. Get enough sleep.
3. Get rid of anxiety and stress.

My Program:
1. Eat 1200-1500 calories a day.
2. Exercise for 30-45 minutes a day doing both strength training and cardio six days per week.
3. Sleep for 7-8 hours each night.
4. Taking a minimum of 15 minutes every day to have quiet time.

Personal Information:
My name is Rachel. I am a recent college graduate who earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. I work at a local junior college's STEM Outreach Coordinator trying to get children, K-12, excited about science. I have faith in Christ and have been given salvation I do not deserve.
