My Program:
What worked my last 5% challenge: I tracked my calories and stayed within my SP range daily. I tried to have 4-5 freggies daily, and proteins like chicken, fish, and beef once in a while. I weighed and measured everything. No processed carbs and virtually no dairy. I also did stand up paddle boarding on my days off from work, mainly Saturdays and Sundays only. I may get to do more of that this time.

HI Angie !!! Just wanna encourage ya,,,, to KEEP THE SPARK A SPARKLING !! WOOHOOOO You are doing AMAZINGLY !!

Are you now starting to mentally prepare for maintenance? How you can stay successful ,,, for sometimes for some,, they are soooo focused on losing,, once they hit their goal,,,, they feel lost. Not sure how to keep the success in a way that really works. You may wish to check out some articles on this,,, though your not there yet,,,,,, just to prepare.

HI hon !! WOWZERS on the exercise you did this week !! Plz make sure though ur not doing to much,, wouldn't want you to burn out or get injured. Of course if you feel ur doing fine,, than of course GO FOR IT !!

I do NOT know what happened with me this week. I HAD been doing 50 to 70 mins, but when this challenge started up,, I KNEW how SeRIOUS I was about making it, but I did NOT have in mind being a SUPER DAWGS,,,, but I AM !! WOOHOOO !!!! And you my friend,, are a TOP DAWGGIE !! WOOHOO YOU GO !!! ENJYING watching ur progress !

HI Kiddo !! Along with the exercise you've done today,, have you done anything that is fun for you today? As we lose,,, we also want to take care of ourselves in all aspects. Soon you will hit ur GOAL !! WOOHOOO !!! Lets do the best to make sure you are emotionally , mentally able to handle what comes with it. In choosing clothing,, are you able to show OFF that new figure in a flattering way? Does it make you PROUD to do so,, or do you feel "I am still the person I was at 225,,, to myself when I look in the mirror"?
