My Program:
What worked my last 5% challenge: I tracked my calories and stayed within my SP range daily. I tried to have 4-5 freggies daily, and proteins like chicken, fish, and beef once in a while. I weighed and measured everything. No processed carbs and virtually no dairy. I also did stand up paddle boarding on my days off from work, mainly Saturdays and Sundays only. I may get to do more of that this time.

YEAH Angie !! U DID IT THIS WEEK !! As a matter of fact you EXCELLED on the Mini Challenge to lose 1 lb this week !! WOOHOO KIDDO U ARE A ROCKING THIS !! KEEP UP the great work !!

I ALSO made it this week with a lb loss. I am a SLOW TURTLE getting there,,, 1 to 2 loss a week, but yet, I am DETERMINED to MAKE IT !!! How about you? Even with my paws UP in the air,,, am currently in the 2nd cast,, a yellah one,,, neon yellah,,, its QUITE SHOCKING ! LOL the colah makes me LAUGH and LAUGH !!! I NEED that ! Than on the 25th I go into a smallah one,,, than 2 or 3 weeks later,, I can FINALLY using crutches,,, put a Little bit of weight on it. YEAH ! YEAH !! YEAH!! Imagine NOT using ur foot for 8 weeks ! YO ! and yet STILL I AM DETERMINED to watch ALL I eat,,,and MAKE this 5% cahllegne,,, which Ihad Decikded b4 I knew about the surg,,, and THOUGHT I'd be doing my 60 to 80 mins swims 3 times a week,,, and my yoga up to 2 hrs a day !! SO I REALLY ad to buckle WAY down to make this ,,,, with just food control.
