Thanks for the friend add and all the ideas on food. Even though I have met my goal I know this is a change for life. I have lost and regained so many times in the past and this is the less I 've weighed since I married in 1981 and it feels great! Really like you list of 16 reasons below. You sound like you really have it all together. It took me alittle less then what the dukan time line stated. But my true weight was 123.6 by their guidelines. I'm still coming down but slowly. It took me 42 days to get the true weight. I have dieted for about 30 years but this is the first time I have really gotten the results I wanted. I'm now back onto the walking. Good luck to you and keep on posting your ideas. Susan 1849 days ago
I accept myself exactly as I am Because, why not? What is for my highest good? What serves me best in serving you? If I refuse to accept myself exactly as I am because I am holding out until I meet some arbitrary standard, what has happened except the passage of time?
What is in acceptance? Maybe joy, positivity, openness, freedom, inclusiveness...
Who would want what lack of acceptance might hold? Negativity, exclusion, captivity, darkness, that which is not love.
I choose love. I choose you. I choose me. I accept.
