Joy Joy Joy- Down in my heart

in 2007 I faithfully went to the gym and found myself within 15 pounds of my goal weight. 2 years- 1 major life cris, 1 gall bladder surgery, and severe lack of motivation (especially pre and post surgery) later I find myself inching near where I started this journey last time. ugh!

I have decided I am tired of thinking how "valid" my reasons were for letting all my hardwork fall away.

I am tired of watching my health get worse.

I fear the possibility of ...

Thanks for the encouragement on my blog. Wish I could say that I have been totally on track but that's not the case. Have been doing fairly well with eating but haven't gotten the exercise in due to some family commitments (but that should ease up soon).
