I have been a weight watchers member since August 2008. The combination of WW and Spark People has given me a lot of success. Although it has been a slow process I am down 32 pounds which is more than half way to my goal. I feel better, my clothes fit better and my annual physical showed better numbers. I know that this is a worthwhile journey and will eventually get me to my goal.

My goals are to lose 1 pound a week, gain strength and flexibility, and ward off all the health problems being overweight can bring.

My Program:
Follow Weight Watchers and exercise at least 5 days a week.

I am in Central Wisconsin. I have been married for 43 years and have three grown children and four grandchildren.

I enjoy reading, movies, walking and geneology. Some of my favorite authors are Mary Higgins Clark, John Grishim,

Merry Christmas in JULY!!!! Tomorrow on July 25th, the Weight Watcher Team will be celebrating Christmas! It will be time to give ourselves our "gifts" of better health --- either with better habits, losing the pounds we pledged earlier this month, drinking water, eating veggies --- whatever "gifts" you've been working toward!!! Hopefully we all have something to celebrate b/c we worked hard all month toward earning our "gifts" ---- make sure you stop by the Team Page and give an update on how you're doing with our FLYING HIGH through JULY challenge!!!!

Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy "Holiday" on July 25th!!! And we still have another 6 days left in the month to keep on FLYING HIGH!!! We CAN do this ---- let's make it happen!

So glad to see that you signed up for the FLYING HIGH through JULY Challenge on the WW Team! It's going to be an adventure to remember as we grab Christmas from December! Now that you've pledged your pounds to lose, it's time to impress Santa by being NICE and never NAUGHTY --- so you better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, I'm telling you why.........

Santa Claus is coming to town to help us all lose a pound! (or 2 or 10!)
