I 'fell off the wagon' and gained a significant portion of my weight back after I had surgery in June, 2008.

Good news is...I'm back on the wagon since Labor day and am feeling great about my progress and how I feel overall.

I'm hoping to reach my goal by January 9. We're going to Cancun! Yay! The first time I was there was when I was my heaviest. After I got my pictures back from that trip, I started SparkPeople and vowed never to go back there FAT!!

Since taking my life back, I have learned that I am the only one in this world who has control over what I put in my mouth, I'm the only one in this world who has control over whether or not I exercise so, therefore, I have complete control over what my body looks like and what I weigh!! That's a great feeling!!
