I have alot of weight to lose...so I'm just going to start by making small goals...
Goal 1- 230 (made it!! 9/17/2011)
Goal 2- 220 and a new article of clothing
Goal 3- 210
Goal 4- 200 and a new article of clothing
I'll update these and add more as I meet these goals.
My program is simple...watching what I eat and get moving!!!
My name is Gale...I'm from Michigan. Turning 40 in a couple months...ugh! I'm married (18 years) with 2 kids. I have a 20yr old son and a 14yr old daughter.
I work part time during the school year as a school cafeteria worker. It's not glamorous, but I love the job and being able to take time off when my kids were off has been priceless.
The hardest part for me has been admitting my weight to other people. I'd never even told my husband my weight until recently when I was having a procedure done and while coming out of the sedation I blurted out my weight to him. I was mortified when I realized what I'd done. Can't wait til I can proudly blurt out a new weight to him!
