Thank you for commenting on my blog! It's amazing how something that we consider part of our plan, when thrown off, can mess up our whole mindset. Honestly, that was probably a mistake that Spark has since fixed, In their defense I will say that they have changed things as they've found out stuff isn't what people need.

At any rate, I am so very glad you are back on track! :-)

Bonnie, I'm taking the aerials classes at Circus School of Arizona. It's up near Scottsdale Quarter. The classes are so rewarding!

No worries about my bread cravings, and you had no part in the them, promise. I did a detox (no breads, sugars, processed food), and it kicked my butt, but I have to say I felt better.

Thanks for your comment on my blog yesterday. I really like what you said about framing your experience as "I am having depression," vs. "I am depressed." I am going to apply some conscious effort to doing that as well. So, thanks again!
