No problem! The only real exercises I do are the weights. All my walking is to and from the train station and work - and also when I walk on my lunch breaks.
I'm trying to watch more T.V. down in the basement. that's when I do my weights. I just look through the demos and find what looks easy. The other night I did 100 jumping jacks. I felt like I was in 2nd grade again! LOL! 3497 days ago
