Snacking can make or break your eating plan. Eating the wrong snacks might mean that you end up ravenously hungry by your next meal, causing you to overeat.

Be sure to incorporate healthy snacks that contain plenty of fiber. You will want to plan them into daily allotment of calories.

This will make you a Smart Snacker! emoticon

Hi emoticon ,
How are you today? Are you getting out and about? Remember to balance out those carbs and proteins, so you will have enough energy to last through out the day.

Also, I don't want you to rely on the scale so much. Remember just because the numbers may not be moving, it doesn't necessarily mean you are not getting fit. Perhaps you are losing inches around your arms, thighs even in your hips and tummy.

It is important to take these measurements as well. I know when I was toning up. This is where I noticed the most difference at first. Because muscle weighs more than fat. But it looks so much better on us, because it's lean and firmer than fat.

So keep that chin up. Follow your plan and just look over the points I post, we all can use a review once in awhile. Keep up your journal so you can refer back to it, it is one of your most valuable tools.
